Monarch Gandhi is a Corporate Law Advisor. He is the founder of Legal Corporate Services LLP, comes with an experience of over 10 years. Initially he was associated with the organizations like Olacabs, Arti Industries Limited prior to foundation of Legal Corporate Services LLP.

He has successfully completed the various Business Deals which includes IPO, Transfer of more than 12 NBFC Companies within state limits and outside the state limits within a span of 6 years, Obtaining NBFC License and NOC from RBI, Mergers, acquisition, Trade Marke, copy rights, etc. He is specialised in NBFC Compliances.

Monarch Gandhi is a certified Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Professional, Certified Forensic Audit and Certified from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs for Independent Director.

He has been actively involved in the revival of Kapol Co-operative Bank Limited. He was also on the board on Mandhana Industries Limited as an Independent Director.

Avani Gandhi is a Co- founder of Legal Corporate Services LLP and brings in her expertise of over 8 years. She is a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretary of India and a Law Graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai which is one of the oldest and most distinguished law school in India. She had successfully pre-practice work experience as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in various industries such as broking, service sector and non-banking financial sector. She started her career with begin Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Aroni Commercials Limited, Listed Company for 3 years. She than filled the role company secretary, compliance officer and Legal Head in the corporate World.

Avani Gandhi is a practicing Company Secretary. Her experience expands from corporate legal consultancy, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, due diligence, listing and delisting of shares, Mergers and amalgamation, Open offer Sale, and drafting of various legal documents.
